Acceptance and accounts

By creating an account, buying a plan, or using Thumbnail Gods, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you can enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity performed through access you grant.

Using the service

Use Thumbnail Gods lawfully and only with media, likenesses, brands, fonts, and other content you have the right to upload, transform, and publish. You must confirm those rights before importing third-party media.

Your content and AI output

You keep your rights in content you provide and grant us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, and transform it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. To the extent permitted by law, you may use output generated for you. AI output can be inaccurate or resemble existing material, so you are responsible for reviewing every export and respecting applicable law and third-party rights.

AI-generated media disclosure

Thumbnail concepts and AI revisions may contain media generated or modified with artificial intelligence. The editor identifies these workflows before export; you remain responsible for any disclosure, labeling, or consent required by the platform where you publish.

Plans, billing, and credits

Paid plans renew on the billing cycle selected at checkout until canceled. Prices, billing frequency, seat quantity, included allowances, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Generation and editor AI credits are separate allowances, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and reset without rollover at the end of the applicable usage period.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from the billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not automatically refund the current paid period. Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Used credits are not refundable, and an eligible refund is reduced proportionally based on credits consumed. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Teams and integrations

Workspace owners control membership, roles, API keys, review links, and leftover connected accounts. You are responsible for access granted through those credentials and must revoke them when no longer needed.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, harmful, or rights-infringing material; unauthorized impersonation or access; malware; resale of access or credits; excessive automated traffic; or attempts to bypass plan, safety, security, or provider controls. We may restrict activity that creates legal, security, operational, or provider risk.

Third-party services

Thumbnail Gods depends on payment, hosting, analytics, email, media-processing, model, and integration providers. Connected third-party services may have their own terms. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, or availability.

Intellectual property

Thumbnail Gods, its software, interface, branding, documentation, and service content are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during your account term. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law or provider requirements, or address unpaid charges. You may stop using the service at any time.

Service availability

We work to keep Thumbnail Gods reliable, but generation depends on third-party infrastructure and model providers. Features and limits may change as the product develops. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect a paid plan when practical.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is and as available to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, unique or accurate output, or a particular commercial result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Thumbnail Gods during the twelve months before the claim. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the new date on this page. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice. Questions can be sent through the support channel available in your account.
