Refund policy

Cancellation

You can cancel through the billing portal at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not automatically refund the current paid period. Unless a refund is approved or the law requires otherwise, paid access and remaining credits continue until the end of that period.

Eligibility

You may ask us to review the first paid subscription charge within 30 days of purchase. A customer or workspace may receive this subscription refund only once. Renewal charges, previously refunded subscriptions, separately purchased credits, and requests made after the review window are not ordinarily eligible, except where mandatory law requires a remedy.

Used credits are not refundable

Credits consumed by completed generation or editor operations have been used to deliver the service and are not refundable. Credits reserved for an operation that fails before completion are not treated as used once returned to your balance.

Prorated calculation

For an eligible request, the refund equals the subscription amount paid multiplied by the unused-credit share: unused included credits divided by total included credits. Generation and editor credits are both included in the calculation. The result is capped at the amount actually paid and rounded to the smallest unit of the payment currency.

Example

If a subscription payment includes 100 credits and 25 have been used, the unused share is 75 percent and the maximum policy refund is 75 percent of the eligible payment. Taxes, discounts, account credits, and partial payments shown on the original invoice are reflected in the final amount.

After approval

An approved refund cancels the associated subscription, ends paid entitlements, and removes remaining paid credits. Funds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, your bank, and the payment method.

Mandatory rights

This policy describes our voluntary commercial refund terms. It does not limit any right of withdrawal, refund, repair, price reduction, or other remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Where mandatory law provides a different calculation or deadline, that law controls.

Requesting review

Contact us through the support channel available in your account and include the workspace, invoice, and reason for the request. We may verify credit usage, payment status, and prior refund history before confirming eligibility and the calculated amount.
